We provide self check-in service. The check-in process will be less than one minute by simply take your key at the reception and go to the room.
We require every guest to keep the room clean during their stay. If we find any stain on the linen, any damage to our property or your room condition is taking our housekeeper longer as usual to clean, extra fee will be applied.
Our hotel is not very suitable for handicapped people, because we don't have elevator and there are around 10 steps of stair from the lobby to the first floor.
We have 25% of discount for people who rent over 1 week, and 40% of discount for people who rent over 1 month. (Please contact us at info@cowansvillehotel.com first if you would like to rent over 1 month)
We provide paid supply change service to guests when we are not busy. You will receive SMS when you are in-room for us to notify you that the service is up today or not.
Our hotel is 60 years old, so some of the rooms may not be up to date, but we are trying our best to clean the rooms.

Hotel Rule
- Do not bring cigarettes or drugs in the hotel area.
- Do not make excessive noise in the hotel area, from 11 PM to 6 AM.
- Do not bother other guests, in any form, without the other guest’s permission.
- Do not bring extra guests (maximum: one guest per double bed, two guests per queen bed or king bed) without the hotel’s staff’s permission.
- The guest whose name is shown on the reservation is 100% responsible for any damage caused by the other guests in the same room.
- Extra cleaning fee will be applied if we find any stains when we clean the room, any damage to our furniture or any facilities missing.
- The checkout time is at 11 am. Hotel Cowansville keeps the right to move your luggage out of the hotel or expel you from the room after 12 pm.
- Do not climb in and out of the window, including taking out the screen.
- Do not take anything in the room out with you when you leave. Missing items will results in a direct charge to your credit card on file.
