Property and Cancelation Policies:
• All accounts must be settled at least TWO (2) hours before check out.
• All miscellaneous bills (i.e. cooking service charges, use of amenities and water sports, etc.) must likewise be settled TWO (2) hours before check-out.
• Cancellation of reservation will be charged 30% of down payment.
• If guest changes schedule of stay, a re-booking fee equivalent to 3% of the down payment will be charged. Re-booking must be done at least TWO (2) DAYS before scheduled arrival date.
• Re-booking done ONE (1) day or on arrival date will be charged 50% of the down payment.
• In cases of Bad Weather or Acts of God, Re-booking is allowed Free of Charge. However cancellation is not allowed.
• If customer opts to cancel, the charge of 30% of the down payment will be charged.
• For refunds, please allow Seven (7) banking days for the refund of the amount due to guest.

To facilitate your journey, there is a round-trip boat fee of 1,600php per person excluding children below 4 years of age.
Guests will be transported from either Subic Bay Yacht Club or Networx Subic (for those bringing pets) via speedboat. The journey typically spans 40 minutes, and departure times will be communicated in advance for your convenience. We kindly request that any concerns regarding motion or seasickness be communicated prior to boarding. For safety precautions, all guests are required to wear a life vest during the voyage.

- Traveling with Minors: Guests traveling with minors are responsible for their supervision at all times. Minors must be accompanied by an adult in all public areas of the hotel.
- Accessibility or Special Needs: We strive to accommodate guests with special needs or accessibility requirements. Please inform us in advance of any specific requests so that we can make suitable arrangements.
- Parking: Parking facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Subic bay yacht club and Networx Subic will handle all policies regarding your parked vehicle on their premises.
- Hotel Events: Guests are welcome to participate in hotel events, subject to availability and any applicable charges. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave events for any reason.
- Dispute Resolution/Issues: Any issues or disputes arising during your stay should be brought to the attention of hotel management immediately for resolution. We aim to address concerns promptly and amicably.
- Use of Personal Information: The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By providing your information, you consent to its use for the purpose of your reservation and other hotel services.
- Liability: The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their belongings while on the premises, except where such loss, damage, or injury arises from the hotel's negligence.
- Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
- Third Party Rights: These terms and conditions are for the benefit of the guest and the hotel and do not confer any rights on third parties.
- Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.
- Severance: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Association: We at EmonPulo are an independent entity and have no affiliations or connections with any other hotels.
