- Cancellations or refunds do not apply to promotional codes or promotions/offers on the Web page
- Pool hours is from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Inflatable toys may not remain by the pool.
- Pool depth is 5.5 ft
- No diving
- No glass by the pool
- Towels or bathing suits should not be hung on the handrails
- Maximum occupancy per unit is two guests.
- Smoking in not allowed in the units or in the common areas. A fire can be easily caused.
- Not pets inside or by the parking area.
- Guests should use his designated parking space all the time and respect neighbor’s access. Casa Selva does not have parking for visitors. Not all units have a parking space, so priority is according to the booking date.
- Meetings on common areas are not allowed after 10:00 pm. Complex must be kept quiet.
- We are not a full time hotel, we will refresh your room, making the bed, removing the garbage and arranging the towels.
