- 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) by taxi and 50 minutes by sky train
- 20 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) by taxi and 45 minutes by airport bus no. A2
- We are away from Khao san road (party crowned area), if you like to go visit sometimes, it’s okay to stay at The Yard. But if you like to party all day, please stay somewhere near there.
- Marijuana is not allow in hostel area.

- Check in Time: after 2.00 PM. In case you come before check in time, you can take a nap in our living room or shower if you want.
- Check out Time: before 12.00 PM. (noon) After check out feel free to hang out in our yard or shower before leaving.
- After you make a reservation we will send you the ebook about how to come to our hostel.
- You can leave your luggage in our hostel for maximum 2 months without any charge.
- Our bar will close at midnight. Please respect our neighbors by reduce noise.
- If you are smoker, please join our smoking club (without cannabis).
- Children Policy: Minimum age of guests is 12 year(s) in the dorm room.
- Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, please check the individual room policy for more details.
- We require credit card information when making a reservation (Just for confirmed the booking we don’t charge yet). Upon check in, guests will have the option to pay for the room by credit card or cash.
- Both cash and credit card payments are acceptable upon check in at the property.
- At least 3 days advance notice for free cancellation.
- To reduce the plastic bottles, please refill drinking water from water machine we provided.
