Terms and Conditions
- The property reserves the right to authorize part of the payment before check-in with the credit card details guests provided.
If you provide the invalid card, the reservation will be cancelled automatically without further inform.
- The credit card is only for reservation guarantee. Guests are required to settle the payment in cash, card or bank transfer (local Vietnamese bank only) upon check-in.
- Modification : contact us 3 days prior to your arrival date otherwise penalty fee would be applied.
- Check-in time 15 :00, Check-out time 12:00. Late arrival after 23:30, please inform us in advance.
- Guests between age 13 to 18 who plan to stay in a dorm, a guardian's permission form must be signed and provided to front desk upon check-in. Please email us for the form in advance.
- No smoking allowed (including corridors and shared areas inside the building). Violators will be fined 3,000,000 VND cleaning fee.
