Property and Cancelation Policies :
In accordance with our cancellation policy, a reservation at Cherry Sculpture Hotel may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the check-in date (except special promotions or non-refundable reservations). After these 7 days, the hotel reserves the right to keep the amount of the guarantee already made, with no refund procedure.
In order to guarantee the reservation, a mandatory guarantee of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required, with the remaining 70% being paid at check-in.
Payment method for guarantee:
1- If you prefer bank transfer, you should make the payment to IBAN: PT50004530364029637997680.
Please send proof of payment to the e-mail address reception@cherrycovilha.pt so that it can be validated by our finance department and the booking will be confirmed and the corresponding invoice issued.
2- If you choose the credit card method, we will make a 30% purchase and the remaining 70% will also be paid when you check in and the corresponding invoice is issued.
3- You can also choose to pay with MBWAY, to the number 961 831 393. Please indicate the reservation number in the description.

In the event of a cancellation after the 7 days indicated and/or a change of dates, the refund or credit of the amount transferred will be subject to an evaluation by our management (the client may be asked to provide a legal justification).
In the event that our management authorizes the amount to be credited, it can be used for the following purposes.
