Check-In / Check-Out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
• 8 days or more prior to arrival, no charges will apply.
• 3-7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total number of room nights booked will be charged.
• Less than 72 hours before arrival, 100% of the total number of room nights booked will be charged.
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled their reservation in advance, will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked.
Change in the length or dates of the reservation may result in a rate change. Group reservations are subject to group cancellation policies. Cancellation policies may vary. Final cancellation terms will be verified at the time of booking.

Room Capacity Policy
All room rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room varies from 1 to 6 persons, depending on the suite type booked. See available amenities on your selected suite type to confirm maximum sleeping capacity. Persons 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy a suite.

Please be advised that a valid credit card must be registered on file prior to check-in. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 18 years of age. A pre-authorization outside of the booking channel of choice will be put through for $50/day as a security deposit.
The pre-authorization hold will be released at check-out, however please be advised that it can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to be cleared by the credit card financial institution. In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacement costs. Should the costs exceed the $250 deposit, the full cost will be applied to the pre-authorized credit card. We are unable to accept cash or debit for the security deposit.
The Shore Kelowna is committed to maintaining a smoke free property, inclusive of amenity deck and private balcony spaces. Although smoking is not permitted within building or on exterior balconies, guests are permitted to smoke outside the building in designated areas. Guests who do not comply will be charged a $250 room-recovery fee per incident to restore guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
All nights are subject to 8% HRT - Hotel Room Tax | 5% GST - Goods & Services Tax | 3% MRDT - Municipal & Regional District Tax. Parking is subject to a 5% GST tax.

Space is limited and vehicles must be registered prior to arrival. Several off-site parking lots and side street parking spaces are available within walking distance. Please note that The Shore Kelowna is not affiliated in any way with any off-site parking facilities and parking at these facilities is at the vehicle owner’s expense and discretion.
A complimentary Wi-Fi internet connection is available for guest use, in all rooms and common areas. To activate the connection, please follow the steps provided within the suite.
According to the current fire safety laws, it is strictly forbidden to use free flames, candles and personal cook tops.
Lost & Found
The Shore Kelowna maintains a Lost & Found service for its guests and while the intention is to locate, store and care for lost property, The Shore Kelowna accepts no responsibility for lost or forgotten items. As part of our commitment to provide a positive experience, we will make every effort to reunite lost property with its owners, while maintaining the owner’s confidentiality.
Access to the rooms and the guest floors of The Shore Kelowna is restricted to registered guests by way of Key access. We ask that, for your safety and other guests around you, all outside guests are registered with our team in person or in advance via email with The Shore Kelowna team.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with property procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for other guests, the property of the The Shore Kelowna, its employees and their health and safety. We respectfully ask that guests do not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the property, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.
Conduct/behavior that we reasonably consider inappropriate/unacceptable includes but is not limited to: creating an inappropriate level of noise and/or drunken or unruly behavior and/or any behavior which other guests or staff find offensive in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove guests and members of their party from the property if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, The Shore Kelowna shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
