CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, you may wait in the cafe area below. The Hive will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival.
However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you to booked also the night before.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible.
A charge may be applied depending on availability. Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill. The Hive can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in the cafe after check-out time if needed.
SMOKING POLICIESS
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of £100 per day.

PARKING POLICY
On the street in front of the Hotel, parking is limited to two hours with a parking disc. You will have to pay on the machine for also a limited time. The hotelcan offer passes at rate of £15 per day and parking has to be free at midday on the day of departure. If you need a parking space before your arrival, please contact the hotel to book in advance your parking space as there is limited number of parking space.
