Property and Cancelation Policies :
Please cancel or amend any guaranteed reservation 72 hours before 1200hrs (GMT +8hrs) prior to arrival to avoid 100% of 1st night room charge (inclusive of fees & taxes) as penalty fee.
Strictly Non-Refundable Policy (Non-Refundable Rate plans):
Prepayment of the booking is required at full amount upon confirming the reservation. No-shows, cancellations or any modifications are not allowed for any reason and no refund will be given, once the booking is confirmed.
Terms and Conditions
All bookings made must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number issued by the actual card holder.
Guest must provide a valid mode of guarantee for an applicable stay period during registration / upon check in.
Third-Party Card: In case the name that appears on the credit card is different than that of the guest for which the bedroom is reserved, we require a credit card authorization form to be signed by the card owner prior to guest arrival. We will email this form as soon as you notify us.
Any Early Check-in or Late Check-out requests are subject to the room availability and additional fees may be applicable.
Pets: No pets are allowed on property. If a pet is brought onto the property without notifying the front desk, a non-refundable charge of $200 will be added to your folio.
Non-smoking: Smoking in the hotel and our guestrooms is strictly prohibited. When evidence of smoking is found in your room, the restoration fee of $200 will be charged.
Security Deposit: $50 security deposit is required upon check- in and will be relased upon check-out. Any missing & damaged items or penalty will be witheld from the deposit.
Lost & Found: All items found in the hotel will be registered and stored for one month. If the item is not claimed we will discard the item.
Damage to our hotels and property: Any damage to rooms or the hotel caused by your party during the stay and items missing upon your departure will be charged to your credit card on file.
