Terms and Conditions
• The offer is not valid in conjunctions with other offers or promotions .• Cash deposit or one - day advance payment is required to guarantee any room reservations made.
• Standard Check - in time is at 2:00 in the afternoon on the day of arrival, and Check - out will be 12 on the afternoon the next day.
• Please be reminded that we can only allow maximum of 2 adults per room or 2 adults and 2 kids ( 11YRS OLD AND BELOW) per room with corresponding additional person charges ( with or without extra bed) .
• For visitors, we may only allow a maximum of 4 guests (including the staying guests) per room.
• Visitors are allowed to enter the guestrooms until 10:00 pm only. They will asked to register at the Front Desk. When they stayed overnight, a charge for extra person will be added to the guest account accordingly.
• Valuables should be deposited in the safety- deposit room at the Front Desk. Therefore, the hotel is not responsible for any cash/valuables lost in the room.
• The Hotel reserves the right to institute necessary actions under any of the following cases:
1. Failure to pay upon demand, an outstanding account.
2. When the guest is confirmed to be carrier of any communicable disease.
3. When the guest refuses to conform to the hotel’s house rules and policies.
• The venues of any legal actions arising out of this registration shall be the proper court of Manila only and in any case of court action , the guest agrees to pay attorney’s fee equivalent to 25% of the claim cost of expenses of the law suit.
