Terms and Conditions
- No pets, unless registered service animal (prior notice / approval required)
- No children; guests must be 21+
- All rooms have a two-person maximum
- No outside food & beverage is allowed outside of the guest rooms
- Dining services are unavailable after 3pm on Sundays. Room service is not currently available at any point.
- A one night deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- If you need to cancel your reservation it must be done through your confirmation email or written notice must be sent to: conciergechatt@commonhouse.com 72 hours prior to arrival in order to process any refund.
- Upon arrival, an additional $100 per night will be authorized for incidentals. This incidentals authorization will be reversed upon departure if unused.
- Check-in is from 3-6pm. While we will have someone on staff to greet you around the clock, all guests who have not checked in by 7pm will be charged the total balance of the reservation to the card on file. Failed payment at that time may result in forfeiture of hotel reservation.
- All credit card payments are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
- If using the Common House member pricing, membership status will be confirmed upon check-in.
- A photo ID is required at check in
- Limited parking is available on-site
- We are a 100% non-smoking facility, including our terrace, pool, and garden. The charge for smoking on premises is $500. Similarly, no drugs or firearms are allowed on House property.
- Guests are liable for any damage incurred during stay, unless reported to a staff member and deemed unintentional.
