This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If the guest cancels more than 2 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 2 days in advance, The guest will be charged the cost of the first night or 50% of the booking (whichever is higher) if they cancel within 2 days of arrival.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: HanglooseSiargao@gmail.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Terms and Conditions
HOSTEL POLICIES:
• Reception is open every day from 7AM to 7PM
• Check-in is from 2PM to 7PM (hostel should be notified in case of late arrival)
• Check-out is strictly by 12NN (Php 100 fee for every hour extended)
• QUIET TIME 10pm-8am
• Guests must settle their pending balance upon check-in.
• Should the guest lose or damage any hostel-owned items, guest will be charged Php 500 for each item.
• The Front Desk and lounge areas are under video surveillance for safety
• Respect other guests and treat them the way you would want to be treated by them. For deliberate damage to property or theft, guest will be fined with the expense of the damage.
• The hostel does not hold responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests.
• Guest is highly advised to bring their own padlock and key for the locker. Should the guest need a padlock, the Front Desk sells PADLOCKS for Php 100.00
• EARPLUGS are available at the front desk for Php 50.00
• The hostel does not hold responsibility for personal injuries of the guests.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed inside the hostel. A corkage fee will be applied should the guest decide to bring food and drinks from outside.
• Smoking is only allowed on the third floor and outside the hostel.
• Drugs and weapons are not tolerated in the hostel.
• Guests are not allowed to bring visitors who are not checked-in in the hostel.
