Property and Cancelation Policies :
The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the price of the first night if they cancel within 7 days before the arrival date. If they cancel 24 hours before the arrival date, the full value of the reservation will be charged.Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By staying at Hotel Boutique Mare Mio Puerto Arista, you understand and accept the following conditions of accommodation, without the right to any claim:
1 .- The time of entry to the hotel CHECK IN is from 14h00, the time of departure from the hotel CHECK OUT is until 12h00, after the check out time and until 15h00 secobr cobrarará a surcharge of 50% of the daily value the reserved room, if it passed this time will be charged 100%. In the event that the guest needs to check out of the hotel later than the normal time, he/she must first check availability at the front desk to see if he/she will be able to do so with the aforementioned surcharges.
2.- In the event that the room has been rented and the guest does not check out and you are not at the hotel and meet the check out times, the hotel reserves the right to pack the guest's luggage and store it in the hold, without the hotel being responsible for the loss or misplacement of any valuables.
It is not allowed the entrance of private persons to the facilities, if the guest is going to receive visitors must inform the administration in advance, our facilities are for the exclusive use of guests.
The parking lot is free of charge, the Hotel is not responsible for the integrity of your vehicle or the belongings inside it.
5.- Do not forget to lock your room, the hotel is not responsible for losses inside or outside of them.
6.-You are responsible for the room keys, in case of loss of the same will be charged 400 pesos for their replacement.
7.- Services not used and/or cancelled at the last minute are NOT REFUNDABLE.
The Hotel Maremio is a place of rest, no loud noises, loud music, or any kind of noise that disturbs the tranquility and rest of other guests.
The cleaning of the rooms is done from 11:00 am if you do not want this service please indicate to the administration.
10 .- Change of towels in stays of more than 1 night will be carried out at the request of the guest and the change of sheets on the third day.
11.- No food or beverages of any kind are allowed in the hotel. Inside the rooms it is not allowed the preparation of any type of food.
12 .- The entrance gate closes at 10 hrs, outside this time the guest must inform the administration.
13 .- Hotel Mare Mio reserves the right to prevent the entry of persons who are intoxicated, drugs or their attitude disturb the tranquility and rest of other guests and / or discriminatory, intimidating or violent treatment against guests and / or hotel staff. The hotel may request the guest to leave without the option of any reimbursement.
Pets are accepted with prior authorization from the administration and acceptance of the conditions for handling pets.
Requests for meals must be made at least 40 minutes in advance, since all food is prepared on the spot, so it is important that you anticipate your order.
Restaurant hours are from 08:00AM to 10:00PM.
17.- The general pool hours are from 08:00 AM until 10:00PM.
Maremio is a purely ecological place, it is totally forbidden to damage plants, gardens or even throw garbage on the beach.
Any damage caused inside the villas or rooms such as broken glass, burned household items such as sheets or comforters, etc. will be charged to the guest's account.
Smoking inside the rooms is forbidden, in case of doing so will be subject to a fine of $1000.00 thousand pesos.
