Terms and Conditions
Abigails Hostel requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Valid credit/debit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.
During busy periods, the accommodations may ask you to move rooms (to a room of the same type, or an upgrade).
Children under 16 years old cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests.
Group bookings can only be booked through our group department, multiple room bookings on 3rd party sites will be cancelled . A 20% deposit required to secure the booking with balance in full with final numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival. A group security deposit of €300 payable by pre authorization only is due upon arrival and a code of conduct must be signed by the group leader. If this is not adhered to your deposit may be forfeited; otherwise this deposit will be refunded upon departure.
When booking, it is possible that members of your group may not be allocated in the same room.
Please note that the maximum length of stay is 9 nights.
Guests are required to show a photo ID (Passport or valid driver’s license only) and credit card in that same name upon check-in.

Management and staff reserve the right to cancel a booking and ask guests to leave the premises in the event of any anti-social behaviour.
