Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of cancellation by the customer for any reason the following applies
Low season (October 16 – June 14)
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
High season (June 15 – October 15)
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation
No credit or refunds will be given for personal emergencies, medical conditions, missed or irregular flights, flight delays or other reasons that make it impossible for the customer to reach the resort. We reserve the right to change cancellation policy without prior notice. Changes will be applied to new bookings or modifications only; existing bookings will be subject to cancellation policy valid at time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
Booking and confirmation: To confirm the booking, you need to provide credit card details. Full amount will be charged a few days prior to cancellation deadline to your credit card. Please note charged amount will be subject to 5% credit card bank processing fee. You can request to pay by WISE but please note if the payment does not arrive on our account by cancellation deadline your booking will be automatically cancelled.
Prices and taxes:
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and include three meals per day and arrival/departure transfer to/from Wakai. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.
Internet:
Satellite internet access is available in the common area. Vouchers are sold at the reception.
Electricity:
Electricity is available during the evening hours, from 6 PM to 11 PM.
All bungalows have sockets for charging your devices.
Transportation:
We provide complimentary arrival/departure transfer from/to Wakai.
Liability:
The hotel is not liable for theft or injuries on the premises but will assist in resolving any incidents.
Please always lock your bungalow when you are not inside and use the safe box to keep your items.
Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable or offer compensation for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.
