Check-in is from 3pm to 9pm.
Check-out is any time before 11am.
Late Check-out until 12 noon are available upon request and free of charge.
Late Check-outs from 12noon until 4pm are available upon request and subject to an additional $40 fee. (Based on Availability)
When checking in, please have your ID and a Credit Card for incidentals ready.
We do not put any hold or authorization on your credit card used for incidentals.
All guests must check-in when they register at the front desk by signing the registration card and confirming the number of people and pets (if any).
Check Out Instructions: Please leave the key on the front office desk or in your room.
We do not provide a copy of your invoice unless requested.
Office and Lobby Area are typically open from 7am to 9pm, unless circumstances change or you make other arrangements.
Please call or text if you're arriving after 9pm.
We provide contactless check-in upon request, if you are arriving late.
All base rates will have an additional 8.5% Room and Meal Tax added on.
All base rates will have an additional $10 cleaning fee added on.
All base rates will have an additional $25 Pet Fee added on, when bringing a pet.
Pet Policy: Limit ONE PET per room. Pets are not allowed onto beds or left alone. Pets must be kept on a leash when walking around the property.
Payment is non-refundable.
Rate is based on Double Occupancy, additional guests are a $10 extra fee per night.
Children are welcome, however cannot be left unsupervised.
Anyone 18 and older can check in.
We do not offer any Handicap Accessible rooms, however rooms are comfortable and spacious with assisted mobility.
Parking is Free
If you do not like your room for any reason, you may request a different room or remedy by asking the Front Office.
We do not solicit or share any confidential or personal information.
In accordance with State Law, all personal information on registration cards gets stored in a private file and shredded after 5 years.
Covered Bridge Properties and their affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property of any kind.
When booking through a third party reservation system, all modifications or cancellations must be done through the third party reservation agent who you booked through.
We have a Lost and Found. If you think you left something behind, please call. If you would like a lost item shipped to you, there is a $10 service fee, plus the shipping costs charged to you.
We currently do not have a pool or jacuzzi in operation.
