One parking spot per unit. Pool and facilities are for registered guests ONLY. You are financially responsible for any incidental charges (i.e., extra night, lost key, damage, removal of items from the premises, etc.). Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on property (including at the pool) at all times. All rooms are non-smoking. In room smoking will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee.
