This property is Privately owned and Management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents, illness or injury to guests, their vehicles or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. You MUST BE 21 years or older to reserve a room and any additional registered guests of that room must also be 21 years old. 2 Forms of ID will be required upon check in.
One parking spot per unit. Pool and facilities are for registered guests ONLY. You are financially responsible for any incidental charges (i.e., extra night, lost key, damage, removal of items from the premises, etc.). Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on property (including at the pool) at all times. All rooms are non-smoking. In room smoking will result in a $250.00 deep cleaning fee.
Drivers License and credit card are required at check in. Rooms must be paid in full upon arrival. Additional stays will be charged separately. No pets permitted on site.
