Standard Booking: (Non-Refundable Rates/ No Cancellations)
Flex Booking: (refundable up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations received within 48 hours of check in will not be refunded or credited and will be charged in full.)

Standard Booking: (Non-Refundable Rates/ No Cancellations)
- Cancellation: This reservation cannot be canceled or modified. If you choose to cancel or do not show up, you will still be charged the full amount of your stay.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for early departures, changes to travel plans, or unforeseen events (such as illness or flight cancellations).
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No-Show: If you do not arrive on the check-in date, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the total booking amount will still be charged.
Flex Booking: (refundable up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations received within 48 hours of check in will not be refunded or credited and will be charged in full.)
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: loomroomretreat@gmail.com
- Refundable Rate cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

- 100% of your total stay amount is collected at the time of booking.
- All rooms are subject to City of Dalton and State Taxes
The Loom Room Retreat is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer an accessible room within the hotel.
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
Breathe easy. The Loom Room Retreat is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $250 room cleaning fee.
