REGLAMENTO INTERNO DE VISITANTES  REGLAMENTO DE DEPARTAMENTO: 1.     The Train Suites se reserva el derecho de admisión.2.     The Train Suites es un lugar de descanso, por este motivo esta prohibido escandalizar, molestar y no respetar el descanso de los demás inquilinos, al hacer caso omiso de esto, el visitante renuncia a su contrato de estancia y podrá ser desalojado en el momento.3.     La hora de ingreso es a partir de las 3pm y la hora de salida a las 11am.4.     Es requisito indispensable el registro previo de los visitantes, acreditando su identidad con cédula o pasaporte a la hora de ingresar.5.     En caso de recibir visitas, deberá avisar con anterioridad a la administración para indicar los nombres de las personas, quienes deberán de presentar el documento de identidad al ingresar.6.     El pago del hospedaje deberá realizarse por adelantado o durante el ingreso (formas de pago: depósito, Paypal o tarjeta).7.     No utilizar las toallas para fines distintos a su uso (piso de baño, limpieza de cutis, trapeador, limpiador de zapatos, etc). El mal uso de las toallas tendrá un recargo.8.     The Train Suites se reserva el derecho de pedir la evacuación de cualquier persona ajena que estuviere sin autorización.9.     El número de personas alojadas en la habitación no deberá ser mayor a la capacidad asignada (2 adultos).10.  The Train Suites no se responsabiliza por objetos olvidados o perdidos.11.  Toda fiesta o recepción en los departamentos no podrá exceder el horario establecido. (Lunes a Jueves y Domingo hasta las 10pm, Viernes y Sábados hasta las 12mn)12.  No se permite música estridente o con alto volumen en los ambientes o habitaciones.13.  Todo visitante se estaciona en el parqueo The Train Suites por su propia cuenta y riesgo. The Train Suites no se hace responsable por el daño causado por terceras personas a los vehiculos, no la perdida parcial o total de bienes, valores o vehículos en nuestro parqueo.14.  No se permite la estadía por tiempo prolongado de personas dentro del vahiculo y/o parqueo.15.  Las mascotas están permitidas:a.     Perros y/o gatos con las siguientes características de tamaños:                                               i.     Tamaño máximo 58 cm de tamaño                                              ii.     Peso máximo 25 kgb.     Control:                                               i.     El visitante será el encargado de mantener la limpieza de su mascota y de recoger las heces y orines en todo momento.                                              ii.     En caso de romper dañar, manchar algún mueble o artículo del departamento el visitante deberá reponerlo de manera inmediata.c.     Están absolutamente prohibidos cualesquiera animales que por su comportamiento se consideren salvajes, nocivos o como una amenaza para las personas. Están absolutamente prohibidos los perros de las razas Pit Bull, Terrier y Rottweiler. No podrán tenerse estos animales en el condominio en ninguna circunstancia. Los condóminos y sus ocupantes mantendrán a sus mascotas dentro de sus propiedades. Las mascotas no podrán deambular libremente por las áreas comunes; sin embargo, los condóminos sí podrán caminar con sus mascotas con una correa y collar siempre que las mantengan bajo control en todo momento, pero nunca podrán permanecer en las áreas comunes.16.  Podra darse como finalizado el hospedaje sin derecho a devolución por lo siguiente:a.     Por violación del reglamentob.     Por cometer faltas a la moral o hacer escandalos que pertuben a los demas. (Pago extra de multa de $200doll)c.     Por ausencia del visitante por mas de 72 hroas sin dejar avisod.     Por falta de pago de la forma convenida17.  Queda prohibido el fumado de cualquier sustancia o tabaco y el uso de estupefacientes. (Pago extra de multa de $100doll).18.  No esta permitido ingresar armas de fuego, explosivos, inflamables, estupefacientes o similares.19.  Por el hecho de haber firmado el registro, el visitante declara aceptar en todas sus partes el presente reglamento interno.
 REGLAMENTO DE ÁREAS SOCIALES Y RECREATIVAS SPA/ GIMNASIO1.     Por norma de higiene es obligatorio traer siempre su toalla.2.     Respetar siempre los objetos ajenos de los condóminos.3.     Prohibido el ingreso de menores de 14 años debido al riesgo que representan las máquinas y las pesas que ahí se encuentran (solamente con una supervisión de un instructor o un adulto).4.     Terminantemente prohibido fumar e ingerir bebidas alcohólicas dentro de las instalaciones del gimnasio.5.     El usuario deberá usar la vestimenta adecuada (ropa deportiva, tenis, etc.), para el uso de los equipos o máquinas, no se permite el ingreso sin camiseta.6.     El usuario deberá acomodar el equipo que haya utilizado en su sitio correspondiente.7.     Tener presente el aseo a la hora de salir y no dejar desechos de ningún tipo de basura.8.     En caso de que algún condómino solicite una clase especial, favor solicitarlo por escrito al administrador; Éste lo presentará al Comité de Apoyo para su aprobación, siempre y cuando la misma no sea con fines de lucro y personas externas al condominio.9.     El gimnasio es un lugar para que lo disfruten todos los condóminos, por lo tanto no tendrá exclusividad para nadie en especial.10.  Prohibido el ingreso de ningún tipo de mascotas.11.  Al salir favor apagar abanico y luces, también cerrar ventanas y puerta.12.  El uso del gimnasio será bajo el propio riesgo del condómino, por lo tanto es responsabilidad del usuario las lesiones que pudieran sufrir por el uso de las máquinas o pesas que ahí se encuentran.13.  Si por medio de las cámaras de seguridad se confirma que alguna persona resulte responsable de destrucción o mal uso del equipo, mobiliario o instalaciones se le tramitará un cobro por el costo de las reparaciones o reposiciones respectivas. JACUZZI1.     El uso de traje de baño es obligatorio.2.     Es obligatorio ducharse antes de ingresar al jacuzzi.3.     No se permite correr ni practicar juegos alrededor del jacuzzi.4.     Ningún Artículo de vidrio (vaso, copa, jarra, pichel, etc.) es permitido en los alrededores o dentro del jacuzzi.5.     No se admiten mascotas en los alrededores o dentro del jacuzzi.6.     No se permite el consumo de ningún tipo de alimentos o bebidas en el interior de del jacuzzi.7.     Todo menor de doce años nadador o no, debe estar acompañado por un adulto responsable durante el tiempo que permanezca dentro o en los alrededores del jacuzzi.8.     El uso de radios, radio grabadoras, reproductores de discos compactos u otros aparatos electrónicos es permitido en los alrededores del jacuzzi, siempre que se trate de reproductores portátiles y se utilicen a un volumen razonable.9.     Ni el Administrador, ni el Condominio se harán responsables por objetos olvidados en los alrededores del jacuzzi.10.  Al finalizar el uso, el Condómino deberá asegurarse de que el jacuzzi y sus alrededores se encuentren limpios y en condiciones de ser utilizados por otros. FOOD LOUNGE1.     Comportamiento en el food lounge: Se deberá guardar la compostura en todo momento. No se podrán consumir drogas ni llegar a un estado de intoxicación alcohólica ni estar bajo los efectos de cualquier sustancia o enervante. TERRAZA NIVEL 241.     Se debe mantener silencio o un volumen propio de una conversación en el recorrido entre el elevador del nivel 23 y el acceso al nivel 24 y en el nivel 24.2.     El uso de radios, radio grabadoras, reproductores de discos compactos u otros aparatos electrónicos es permitido en la terraza siempre que se trate de reproductores portátiles a un volumen razonable.3.     Queda totalmente prohibido subir a los vidrios que cumplen la función de baranda de seguridad.4.     Queda totalmente prohibido permanecer, estar en el espacio de losa después de los vidrios de seguridad.5.     Queda totalmente prohibido apoyarse sobre los vidrios de seguridad que rodean la terraza.6.     Queda prohibida la interacción visual o verbal con los apartamentos que tienen ventanas hacia este espacio.    INTERNAL VISITOR REGULATIONS  DEPARTMENT REGULATION: 1.     The Train Suites reserves the right of admission.2.     The Train Suites is a place of rest, for this reason it is forbidden to scandalize, annoy and not respect the rest of the other tenants, to ignore this, the visitor renounces their stay contract and can be evicted at the time.3.     The check in is from 3pm and the check out at 11am.4.     The pre-requisite registration of visitors is essential, proving their identity with ID or passport at the time of the check in.5.     In case of receiving visits, you must notify the administration beforehand to indicate the names of the persons, who must present the identity document upon entering.6.     Do not use towels for purposes other than their use (bathroom floor, skin cleaning, mop, shoe cleaner, etc). The condominium owners and their occupants will keep their pets within their properties. Pets may not roam freely in common areas; however, the condominium owners will be able to walk with their pets with a leash and collar provided they are kept under control at all times, but they can never remain in the common areas.15.  The accommodation may be terminated without the right to a refund for the following:a.     For violation of the regulationb.     For committing moral failures or making scandals that disturb others. (Extra fine payment of $ 200doll)c.     In the absence of the visitor for more than 72 hours without leaving noticed.     For non-payment as agreede.     Smoking in the building (Extra fine payment of $100doll)16.  Smoking of any substance or tobacco and the use of narcotic drugs is prohibited.   REGULATION OF SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL AREAS SPA / GYM1.     As a rule of hygiene it is mandatory to always bring your towel.2.     Always respect the foreign objects of the condominium owners.3.     The entry of children under 14 years of age is prohibited due to the risk posed by the machines and the weights found there (only with the supervision of an instructor or an adult).4.     It is strictly forbidden to smoke and drink alcoholic beverages inside the gym facilities.5.     The user must wear appropriate clothing (sportswear, tennis, etc.), for the use of equipment or machines, entry without a shirt is not allowed.6.     The user must accommodate the equipment they have used in their corresponding site.7.     Keep in mind the toilet when leaving and do not leave waste of any kind of garbage.8.     In the event that someone requesting a special class, please request it in writing from the administrator; This will be submitted to the Support Committee for approval, as long as it is not for profit and people outside the condominium.9.     The gym is a place for all condominiums to enjoy, therefore it will not have exclusivity for anyone in particular.10.  Prohibited the entry of any kind of pets.11.  When leaving please turn off fan and lights, also close windows and door.12.  The use of the gymnasium will be at the condominium's own risk, therefore it is the responsibility of the user for injuries that could be suffered by the use of the machines or weights found there.13.  If through the security cameras it is confirmed that any person is responsible for destruction or misuse of the equipment, furniture or facilities, a charge will be made for the cost of the respective repairs or replacements. JACUZZI1.     The use of swimsuit is mandatory.2.     It is mandatory to shower before entering the jacuzzi.3.     Running or playing games around the jacuzzi is not allowed.4.     No glassware (glass, cup, jug, pichel, etc.) is allowed in the surroundings or inside the jacuzzi.5.     Pets are not allowed in the surroundings or inside the jacuzzi.6.     The consumption of any type of food or drinks inside the jacuzzi is not allowed.7.     Every child under twelve years of age, a swimmer or not, must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the time they stay in or around the jacuzzi.8.     The use of radios, radio recorders, CD players or other electronic devices is permitted in the surroundings of the Jacuzzi, provided they are portable players and are used at a reasonable volume.9.     Neither the Administrator nor the Condominium will be responsible for forgotten items around the jacuzzi.10.  At the end of the use, the Condominium must ensure that the Jacuzzi and its surroundings are clean and in a position to be used by others. FOOD LOUNGEComposure should be kept at all times.You can´t use drugs or reach a state of alcohol intoxication or be under the influence of any substance or unnervating. TERRACE LEVEL 241.     Silence or a conversation's own volume must be maintained in the path between the elevator of level 23 and access to level 24 and level 24.2.     The use of radios, radio recorders, CD players or other electronic devices is allowed on the terrace provided that they are portable players at a reasonable volume.3.     It is strictly forbidden to climb the windows that fulfill the function of safety rail.4.     It is totally forbidden to remain, to be in the slab space after the safety glass.5.     It is strictly forbidden to lean on the safety glass surrounding the terrace.6.     Visual or verbal interaction with apartments that have windows to this space is prohibited.
