The Littleton Arms is a Georgian coaching in which first opened its doors in 1793 and has been welcoming guests ever since. The building has been lovingly refurbished to provide the perfect blend of antique charm and contemporary chic; offering period features with a modern twist. Property and Cancellation Policies :
Bookings are flexible and may be cancelled or amended up until 48 hours before you are due to check in. The total cost of your booking will be charged 48 hours prior to check in to the card used to secure the reservation and is non-refundable. If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in the 48 hour cancellation policy still applies and only nights more than 48 hours in the future will be refunded.
If you amend the dates of your booking, you will be charged the current rate for the new dates, which may be greater than the original rate.
N.B. bookings of five or more rooms are subject to our group bookings policy and all deposits paid, up to the full cost of the booking, are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions when you make a reservation. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you should check them each time you make a reservation. The terms and conditions applying to your reservation will be those in place on the date that you make your reservation. Full payment is required 48 hours before check in. Payment will be taken from the card used to make the booking 48 hours before arrival. If payment cannot be taken we will attempt to contact you to arrange payment but reserve the right to cancel any bookings we have not received payment for. Your room rate includes breakfast but all other food and drink are provided on a pay-as-you go basis and we do not allow guests to add restaurant bills to their rooms. Any outstanding bar or restaurant bills will be charged to the card used to secure the reservation.
The hotel, bar and restaurant areas are non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area at the front of the building. Any guest found to be smoking in the building will be subject to a £100 fine and may also be liable for the cost of finding alternative accommodation if we are unable to use that room for new guests.
Parking is included in your room rate. This is subject to availability and vehicles are left entirely at the owners' risk. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damages to vehicles.
The maximum room occupancy is two adults. Family rooms (where available) can accommodate two adults (18 years and over) and two children (under the age of 16 years). Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for hotel stays.
Unfortunately, our building is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. All hotel rooms are accessed by a flight of stairs and there is no lift, as this is a grade II listed building.
