We allow small, well trained and behaved dogs and service dogs. Where such consent has been granted, the dogs are restricted to specific rooms, as described below, and specifically designated common areas. For example, dogs are not allowed in the Manor House, the Garden Restaurant or on the second floor of the buildings. Other pets are not allowed, unless we specifically discuss and agree prior to booking. All dogs and service animals are expected to be well cleaned. This can be a challenge considering our vast grounds and a private lake. We have a luxurious newly renovated property, and hope that you understand that we reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a fee in respect of any damage or specialist cleaning that may be required, and a damage fee of 150 euro or more can be applied in such case. We do not want to charge any damage fee, and request that you ensure that your pets enjoy and respect our beautiful estate.
Pet Friendly Rooms. Four of our nine Mew Country King rooms (on the first floor only) and some Lake House rooms (also on the first floor only) are pet friendly. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay (the cost of which will be charged to the card you have used to secure your booking) in the event that you fail to respect this policy.
