Karibbik Haus Hostel is a place of lodging conceived and designed to meet the accommodation needs of our guest through a modern, warm and friendly Caribbean atmosphere. We are located in Almendros neighborhood on the northeastern side of the island, a tourist area par excellence in the paradise island of San Andres in the Colombian Caribbean. Our location about 50 meters from one of the main avenues of the island (Newball Avenue) allows an easy walking displacement to shopping zones and beaches in the north of the island located approximately 15 minutes away and provides a near access to all public transport routes to southern beaches of the island. All our dormitories and private rooms have air conditioning and bathrooms; Some of our private’s rooms offers a LED TV with Cable and a mini freezer. also our guests can enjoy our common TV Zone, common kitchen, Chill and Read Zone, Hammocks zone and WIFI in all our hostel. We offer all the touristic information you need to enjoy the island in every aspect ( Gastronomic, Life night, Places of interest, City Tours).

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellations are only accepted by email at least 7 days in advance (until 00:01 AM 7 days before the arrival ). ( Standard Rate Bookings )
- Non-refundable bookings will be charged at any time before the arrival of the guest
- There are no exceptions! Late cancellations or no-shows are automatic and will be charged for 50% of the total amount of accommodation for standard rates booking
- No check-ins or baggage drop-off before 8:00 AM on the arrival date (No exceptions)
- Payment upon arrival by cash, credit card, or debit card.
- One credit card transaction per booking (split bookings will be charged with a 6% extra fee after the first transaction)

- The hostel is located in a residential neighborhood quite time starts at 11:59 PM.
- Not a party hostel
- Guests visits are not allowed to enter the hostel facilities. (No exceptions) and it will terminate immediately the stay contract between the hostel and the guest if the condition is not followed by the guest.
- It is not allowed to wash clothes at the hostel (except swimsuits, bathing shorts, and beach accessories) at the laundry spot. (Ask our reception staff to get the laundry service or indication to wash your beach clothes and help us to minimize the impact on our island resources).
- Laundry services with an extra charge.
- AC's are set up with a standard ambiance temperature for all the dormitories ( No changes are allowed)
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG/BACHELOR/HEN PARTIES If you are this type of group you will be asked to leave the hostel and will be charged for your whole reservation.
- GROUPS - we accept max 5 people per booking. If you try to make a separate booking for a group bigger than 5 people you will lose your HW deposit (Nonrefundable Booking Case) and the check-in will be denied and the entire stay will be charged.
- Private rooms (Maximum capacity 2 persons per room) except SUPERIOR SUITE ( + 1 Additional Person with extra charge)

- There´s no extra accommodation in dormitories or stays in hammocks or sofas at the hostel.

- In case of damage towels, it carries a penalty of 35000 COP
- We kindly recommend our guest to not walk from or to the airport
- Reception hours start at 8:00 AM to 22:00 PM
- Daily cleaning service from 11:00 AM until 15:00 PM
- We have staff living at the hostel 24/7, but the reception is officially open between 8 AM and 10 PM, if you are arriving outside these times, please let us know
- No curfew
- Hostel not suitable for children
- We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old
- No pets allowed
- Check-In from 15:00 PM
- Check - Out before 11:00 PM
