Property and Cancelation Policies :
- A 50% deposit of your total is due at the time of booking, half of the deposit being non-refundable.
- The remaining 50% balance is due 2 days prior to your stay and will charged to the card on file.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of the deposit back.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Reservations will be charged as made. Late arrivals, early departures, or shortened stays will incur the full rate.
Group reservations include booking the entire lodge and/or three or more cabins. Group reservations follow a different cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Cleaning Fee:
- A cleaning fee of $100 per stay applies to cabins. Lodge rooms incur a $50 cleaning fee per stay.
- We appreciate your help in stripping the bed of sheets.
- A $50 fine will be charged for any graffiti (marks/drawings/paintings) on walls, doors, or utilities.
- Any used dishes must be cleaned before departure. Failure to do so may incur a $50 charge, with photo evidence provided upon request.
- Cabins: Year-round minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Lodge Rooms: A 2-night minimum stay is required during high-season (summer and fall-dates subject to change).
- Tax rates are 7.55% on lodging.
- Optional charges may include purchases from the Trading Post Gift Shop.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash. All payments are due prior to check-in.Alcohol & Smoking
- No alcohol is permitted outside cabins or in common areas.
- No smoking is allowed in any ranch buildings or cabins. We do not permit the use of marijuana on the property.
