Kayu Ocean Bar and Grill is located across the street from the resort, with panoramic ocean views, private beach access, and ample parking.
Surfboard rental and lessons are available upon request. We are located about 35 minutes from the International Airport.

Late Check-out Fees: $53.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 13:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
The guest can cancel free of charge within 32 days prior to check-in, for which the guest will make a request and our team will proceed to start a refund management period.
If the guest cancels within 31 days prior to arrival or less the amount paid is no longer refundable.
Terms and Conditions
All reservations will be charged a 13% VAT and a 5% Tourism tax
Children 10 years and under stay free of charge, as long as they don't supersede the occupancy limit of the room
Payment for damages to the property, the room, and/or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest. Each case will be assessed individually.
Check-In 2:30 PM Check-Out 11:30 AM
Late Check-Out is available with prior notice to reception for $30 +tax per hour, up until 1:00 PM.
If the guest fails to check out on time and has not pre-arranged a Late Check-Out they will be charged a fee of $50 +tax.
