Property and Cancellation Policies :

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 16 days or more before check-in will be allowed to re-schedule their reservation within the following 12 months from the cancellation notice. No re-schedule is possible if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less in advance or on arrival day, or if the client does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.

More flexible cancellations in Covid times. Any guest cancellation showing a positive PCR Test will receive a credit for a personal stay valid for 12 months. Said credit is for the client's personal use and cannot be transferred to a third party. To protect the money you invest in your retreat, please consider Travel Insurance.

Terms and Conditions

Rates and Taxes
All rates are expressed in American Dollars - USD. All taxes are included. Staff gratuities are not included. Reservations are confirmed with a 30% downpayment. The balance is due 15 days before arrival. In case of payment in Mexican Pesos - MXN the official exchange rate as published by Banco de México on due day will apply.

Traveling with Minors

Children under 12 years old are not allowed at Xinalani during regular season. Exceptions are made from July to September which is family season. Children daily rates are $45 USD from age 6 to 12, $55 from age 12 to 15. Older kids pay full adult rate. A $5 USD discount is allowed during low season. Prices are subject to change without notice.. Parents / Tutors must supervise children at all times and ensure peace and quiet of other guests. Xinalani declines responsibility for any accident.
