With access to over 280 ski runs in Winter and a mind-boggling amount of trails for mountain bikers in Summer, you'll be hard pushed to get around everywhere in a week. To maximise your mountain time, at just 75 minutes from Geneva airport, les Rhodos Hotel is seriously easy to get to. Our 2 star Hotel is furnished in a modern boutique style and each room is equipped with a wall mounted flat screen TV and en-suite shower room & toilet. The hotel is situated 2 floors above our lively bar and restaurant which means you are close enough to enjoy the fun but far enough away if you want to kick back in your room and relax with the TV on. All but 5 of our rooms have their own balconies looking out over sensational mountain views. Imagine yourself waking up each morning, breathing in the fresh Alpine air and get inspired. LES RHODOS GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online at www.rhodoshotelmorzine.com or made in person. When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these Terms and Conditions) will be with. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Les Rhodos Hotel 18 Rue du Bourg 74110 Morzine France .Because of our style of property, the bedrooms are not uniform - they vary in size and layout. The Rhodos Hotel Morzine.com may change any aspect of the Site or its content, If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use this Site in any way.
You will be asked for full payment when making your booking, This is non-refundable, payment is by credit card only We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not charge any credit card fees. The transaction details on your statement will be Rhodos Hotel Morzine
On arrival at the hotel
All reservations will require pre-authorisation with a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidentals during your stay and this is simply a precaution. Loss of your Security Deposit for the following reasons: 1.You or your party have not vacated your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure. 2.You or your party have not handed your key in by 10.00 am on the day of departure. 3.You or your party have returned to your room and used the facilities after 10.00 am. 4.You or your party have lost your room key and will be charged 25 Euros per key. 5.You or your party have not paid any outstanding charges. 6.You or your party have damaged property.
What happens if you need to cancel or modify your reservation?
- Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If the stay is terminated early by the customer, the full agreed price will be paid. In the case of reservation with prepayment, no refund will be made for this reason.
Cancellation by Les Rhodos Hotel
Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or offer a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by Les Rhodos Hotel Morzine.com insurance. Les Rhodos Hotel Morzine.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal or rented equipment or personal injury.
In the event that the Rhodos Hotel is not available, or in cases of force majeure, the hotel reserves the possibility of accommodating the customer totally or partially in a hotel of equivalent category for the same type of services. Any additional cost of the room, transport between the two hotels or telephone calls remain the responsibility of the chosen hotel.
In some cases it may be necessary to change a room allocation to one of a similar or greater value.
Les Rhodos Hotel cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
All rates quoted are per room per night in Euros , are subject to availability and include Tax (VAT) & Services. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion .We do not charge not charge any reservation, administration or other fees.
Food & Beverage
Each morning (7.30am to 9:00am) guests will have a French style buffet breakfast.
At 7:00 pm our half board guests are served a set 3-course evening meal in our restaurant.
Guest Car Parking
Public parking is available close to the Hotel. There is public parking available by the post office (please this car park has a market every Wednesday morning and so parking is not permitted. The police will remove your vehicle from 2 am on wards the night before).
Check In and Check Out
Check in is from 16:00 ,check in time ends at Midnight – 00:00 and check out is by 10am. Customers must vacate their room by 10am on the final day of the reservation. Failing this, an additional night will be charged.
The Rhodos Hotel do not accept dogs, with the exception of guide dogs which are allowed in all areas of the hotel, including the restaurant.
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel, bar or restaurant and a penalty of 100.00 Euros will be strictly applied if you are caught smoking, or if you are suspected of smoking or having attempted to smoke within the property.
A minimum charge of 300euros can be levied to the bill-payer if any guest is found, or suspected, to be guilty of inappropriate behaviour, damaging property or soiling within The Rhodos Hotel. This is at the sole discretion of the management.
Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
- All children are welcome.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. We do not supply cots
All guests, whether paying or non-paying, are respectfully invited to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the property and values of the Hotel. Any guest found not behaving in a manner commensurate with household culture or the privilege of being within a property of this note will be required to leave, without refund and at the sole discretion of The Rhodos Hotel management.

If you face one of these Covid related travel restrictions from 28 to 2 days before arrival, you can rebook free of charge. • the FCDO has given a negative travel advice for your destination • the region where you live is in lockdown
• If your new stay at the Rhodos Hotel is more expensive, you will not be asked to pay the difference.
Travel restrictions must be in place on the day of notification in order to use either the rebook or refund option.
*Our COVID-Guarantee is designed to be as fair as possible to everyone, whilst also allowing us to operate with some certainty. Therefore, if because of individual circumstances you are unable to take part you will need to Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the relevant evidence (e.g. Positive tests results, proof of contact from track and trace etc) which we will review on a case by case basis. This proof will need to be covering the mandated self-isolation or quarantine periods that are relevant to your circumstances.
*If you have a multiple booking for people from the same residence and you can prove a member from that group has a positive Covid test result causing them to be unable to travel, you will be able to change the dates for the entire booking.
*If you have a multiple room booking for people from different households and a member of that group can prove they are unable to travel due to a positive Covid test result, only the room relating to that member can be changed to an alternative date. All bookings will need to provide names and addresses for each member of the party so that room allocation can be made prior to arrival. A failure to provide accurate information will result in our Covid-guarantee being void.
