The present booking terms and conditions apply exclusively to SHELLTER VIEIRA APARTMENTS ("SHELLTER"), a local accommodation establishment located at Rua da Lagoa, 6, Praia da Vieira, 2430-676 Vieira de Leiria, with registration number 118869/AL, available for consultation on the National Tourism Registry portal. SHELLTER is owned by PRUMOBLÍQUO – IMOBILIÁRIA, LDA., headquartered at Rua do Comércio, 1, 3105-235 Meirinhas, with tax identification number 510 909 051.By making a reservation, you are entering into a service contract with the company PRUMOBLÍQUO – IMOBILIÁRIA, LDA.ReservationsWhen making a reservation, the customer must correctly fill in the requested information, including the arrival date (check-in), departure date (check-out), number of people (adults, children, and babies) included, name, email address, phone number, and country of residence. During the reservation process, the customer is presented with different rates based on the number of occupants, service features, and cancellation conditions. The customer can add extra services to the options presented. The meals included are those specified in the selected rate. If there is no mention of meals, it is considered that the selected rate does not include meals. Upon check-in at SHELLTER, and for legal purposes, the customer and the accompanying individuals must present identification documents.Changes to the ReservationThe customer may make changes to their reservation using codes, references, and other unambiguous elements assigned during the reservation. Alternatively, the customer can contact SHELLTER through alternative channels (phone and email). Note that in certain situations, it may not be possible to accommodate the requested changes due to factors such as the availability of accommodation units, the selected rate, or the unavailability of partners.AccommodationThe characteristics of SHELLTER's accommodation units are as specified in the reservation. However, since the photographs illustrating the spaces were not taken at the time of booking, there may be minor differences between the photograph and the reality at the time of the customer's use of the contracted services. In cases of overbooking (i.e., a number of reservations exceeding the number of available accommodation units), the customer accepts that SHELLTER may place them in another establishment and/or tourist enterprise with similar characteristics at no additional cost, and for this reason, the customer is not entitled to any compensation or termination of the contract. Accommodation can be used from 4:00 PM on the arrival date (check-in) and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the departure date (check-out), local time. Staying at SHELLTER beyond the considered check-out time may result in additional charges, the sole responsibility of the customer. During the reservation, the customer may request the option of late check-out, which may be subject to additional costs and availability. The customer must inform SHELLTER of the check-in time for better operationality. If SHELLTER does not have information and cannot contact the customer by the provided data until 11:59 PM on the entry date, local time, it may disregard the reservation and sell the accommodation to third parties, without being held responsible.The customer must comply with the internal rules of use of the accommodation, available online and in physical format in the accommodation unit, and SHELLTER cannot be held responsible for any damages suffered by the customer due to its violation.PaymentThe customer must pay the amount indicated in the booking form to avail the services. Payment for the stay is made at the time of booking through bank transfer to the indicated account. The reservation will be secured for 24 hours, from the time it was made, during which the customer must proceed with the payment settlement and send the respective transfer proof by email. If the customer does not make the payment within this period, the reservation will be canceled, and the apartment will be released for sale. Payment at the accommodation can also be made through other methods, and the customer must inquire in advance about those available on the entry date. SHELLTER does not have an automatic payment terminal (Multibanco) and does not accept cards for on-site payment. The booking platform associated with the official SHELLTER website has a security certificate, ensuring that the data entered by the customer is encrypted and not transmitted to third parties.CancellationIn case of reservation cancellation, the following conditions apply:Up to 3 days (exclusive) before the reservation date: cancellation without costs;2 days (inclusive) before the reservation date: charge of 100% of the total cost of the reservation;In certain rates, the cancellation policy may vary, with the prevailing one indicated in the description of that rate option.Complaints and Conflict ResolutionSHELLTER has a Complaints Book in physical space and is duly registered in the Electronic Complaints Book. To resolve any issues related to the service contract that cannot be resolved in good faith, the parties designate the competent jurisdiction as the court of Leiria, expressly waiving any other.
