View PointResort does not provide refunds for any early check-outrequests or late check-in due to any transportation delays,sickness or amendments.

Flights, ferries and bus timetables are often subject tochange without notice. View Point Resort does not acceptliability and will not provide refunds for any delayed orcancelled flights, ferries or buses. In the event of anycancelled or delayed flights, ferries or buses, guests areencouraged to contact the service provider for anycompensation.

Booking Policy

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time: 14.00 pm
Early check-in: To be confirmed with reception the night before arrival
Check-out time: 11.00 am
Late check-out: To be confirmed with reception the night before departure
Unauthorized late check-out: Any unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge (฿ 2’000 per hour).
Upgrade/Downgrade
Upgrades from one room to another are possible. Please note that you will have to pay thedifference between your previous booking and the new chosen room.Following check-in any requests to downgrade will be accepted if possible, but please note thatguest will not be refunded for changes.
Travels to View Point Resort
Guests are responsible for their travel plans to View Point Resort. It is the guest's responsibility to check that their flight departure and arrival times coincide with any other onward travel plans, via ferries orbuses. View Point Resort will not accept responsibility for any missed buses, ferries, delayed or cancelled flights due to incompatible timetables.
View Point Resort will not provide any refunds or additional night stay due to changes to flight, ferry orbus timetables.
Clearing Hotel Bills
Please settle your hotel bill at Reception the evening before your departure date or allow us 30 minpreparation time in the morning. Your bill and room will be checked before departure.Your bill can be settled by cash or Visa and Master Card only. Please note that American Express isnot accepted.
