East Rock Inn

Check-In: Self-check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Prior to check-in time, you will receive a text with a digital door code and your room number. We MUST have your phone number. If you booked through Priceline please email us at frontdesk(at)eastrockinn(dot)com with your correct email.
Early Check-In: We cannot guarantee early check-ins at the time of booking but may be able to honor the request closer to your arrival date. If available, early check-in starts at 1:00 p.m. for an additional $50 fee. 
Check-out begins at 11:00 a.m. You will receive a text reminder to check out with the keycode.
Late Check-Out: Guests will be charged $50 per hour from 11:00 am-1:00 pm and will be charged a full night’s stay after 1:00 pm.
Non-Smoking Motel: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in guest rooms or common spaces, including the courtyard, backyard, walkways, and parking areas.  We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of up to $250 if we determine that this policy has been violated. 
Parking: Each reservation comes with one free parking spot in front of or near the room. If your party needs more than one please let us know in advance. A fee may be charged for trailers, boats, and large vehicles. We are not responsible for vehicles in the parking area.
Pet Policy: If you are traveling with your dog, you MUST book one of our pet-friendly rooms. We charge a $25/nt pet fee. Guests must agree to all pet policies listed on the policy page at EastRockInn.com when their reservation is confirmed.
Trained service animals, as defined under the ADA, are not subject to the pet fee. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, though we know they provide an invaluable service to their owners. However, they are not exempt from the fee.
Housekeeping: We do not have daily housekeeping. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned between reservations and after the third night of stays of 5 nights or more. If you require fresh towels or additional coffee/tea, text our virtual front desk, and someone will drop off new supplies. 
Personal Items Safes are provided in each room.  We recommend that you secure your valuables at all times.  We do not assume responsibility for loss of money or other personal property.  We are not responsible for secured and unsecured items left in your room, in common spaces, or in vehicles on the property.
Extra Beds We do not provide rollaway beds or cribs.
Cooking Appliances Except for the appliances provided by East Rock Inn, food preparation in guest rooms using any outside cooking appliances is prohibited. Guests who cook in the rooms will incur a minimum $250 fee and may have their reservation canceled immediately.
Inn Property You will be liable for any items missing or damaged from your room and common areas as a result of your stay. This includes but is not limited to any equipment provided for your enjoyment.  We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file to cover all damages and missing items.
Excessive Noise: For everyone's comfort, excessive noise in or around guest rooms is prohibited. We observe Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 7am.
Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason in accordance with federal and/or state laws. Anyone violating motel policies listed here and at Eastrockinn.com will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund of any kind.
Occupancy All guests must comply with the maximum occupancy outlined in the room description upon booking. Hosting additional, unregistered guests in a room, suite, or apartment will result in an additional night's charge per person per night at the published rate for the nights in question and may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
Minimum Check-In Age is 22. 
No parties are allowed in any of the units.
