Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Greater than 72 hours prior to your stay = free cancellation
- Less than 72 hours prior to your stay = penalty charge equal to 1st night + tax. No Exceptions.
- Greater than 72 hours prior to your requested departure = free cancellation. Less than 72 hours prior to your requested departure = penalty charge equal to next night + tax. No Exceptions.
- Effective November 23 - January 2
- Greater than 30 days prior to your stay = free cancellation
- Less than 30 days prior to your stay = penalty charge equal to full reservation charge + tax.
- No Exceptions.
- No Mid-Stay cancellations.
- We do not make exceptions to our stated cancellation policies for weather-related issues. There will be no exceptions to our cancellation policies for any snowy/icy or smoky conditions that may occur in or between your departure point and the mountain community of Leavenworth.
- With only one exception - if you are coming from the west and BOTH of the pass routes (Stevens and Snoqualmie/Blewett) are closed for 12 hours prior to your stay we will offer a refund for your stay.
Terms and Conditions
A Few Reminders to Make Your Stay at Our Historic Bavarian-Style Hotel More Enjoyable:
- We are located in a beautiful mountain location where it often snows in the winter and may be smoky in the summer. Please plan accordingly.
- We are a historic Bavarian-Style hotel:
- We do NOT have an elevator. All of our guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of our historic, walk-up building.
- We offer free high-speed WiFi, and you will find the User Name and Passwords in the Welcome Guide in your guest room.
- Please remember to carry your keys with you anytime you leave your room. The front and sun deck doors lock automatically and cannot be opened without your key.
Parking: We offer free parking for our guests in the parking lot that is located directly across Front St. from the hotel, with an entrance on Hwy. 2. Make sure to pick up and display your parking permit on your dashboard. Limit of one car per room. (Note: If you are staying in our "Deluxe Double Queen Studio Apartment", your parking spot will be on the back side of the hotel.)
Check In and Check Out:
- Check in begins at 3:00 pm, and we have office staff available until 6pm to help your check-in. If you need to check-in after 6pm please let us know in advance so we can send you instructions for our "Contactless Late Check-in Process".
- Check out is at 11AM. Make sure to leave your keys in the grey Express Check-out key box at the front door. There will be a $125 re-keying charge if your keys are not left with the hotel.
- Standard: A deposit of the first night's rate + taxes may be taken at any time after reservation
- Holiday: A deposit of the entire reservation amount may be taken up to 30 days prior to your arrival date for stays that include dates between November 24th and January 1st.

- The hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking and/or vaping is prohibited on the hotel premises. Breach of this smoking and/or vaping prohibition will result in a $150 cleaning and deodorization fee.
- Minimum age of at least 21 required for primary member of guest party.
- The hotel will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry/valuables of any kind.
- You will be charged if any excessive cleaning is required or for any damage to the hotel's property caused by you or your guests.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. During this time, guests have an obligation to not disturb the peace of our other guests.
