Depending the room, week/weekend date or high/low season our nightly rates may vary. We will always honor the rate you booked at.
Each reservation has a 9% room tax that is mandatory in Puerto Rico for the Tourism Company.
Third party bookings may have other fees & taxes.
Check In/ Out
Guests must check in between 15:00 and 20:00 and check out between 7:00 and 11:00.
We do not offer late check out, in the case a guest does not leave its room by 11am we will charge a fee of $50
Early check ins: We are happy to welcome you as early as 8am and store your bags while your room is getting ready. You may also enjoy our communal areas in the meantime.
100% of the booking total is required in order to confirm the reservation. If card is declined, guest has 24hours to provide a new one or we will cancel the reservation on our end. Some banks may flag transaction thinking its fraud, please contact your bank in order for them to release the block.
This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.

We have free open street parking in front of the hotel. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicles or any damages.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Some of our rooms have steep stairs. The grounds are all very natural and count with tree roots and small hills. Please always be very mindful of your steps. If you have any special need please communicate with us before booking in order for us to recommend the most accesible room for you.

Every guest must fill and sign our guest waiver before checking in to their room.
