ขอขอบพระคุณที่ไว้วางใจเลือกวันหยุดพักผ่อนที่เดอะบีช เนเจอรัล รีสอร์ท เกาะกูด
เนื่องจากทางรีสอร์ทเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการใช้เวลาพักผ่อนอย่างมีคุณภาพ และเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีว่า
พื้นที่และสิ่งปลูกสร้างบนเกาะท่ามกลางธรรมชาติที่ต้านแดดและฝนมาตลอดปีนั้น บางส่วนจำเป็นต้องได้รับการดูแลและปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
จึงขอเรียนแจ้งว่ารีสอร์ทจะมีส่วนงานก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงห้องพักบางส่วนระหว่างวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม – 31 ตุลาคม 2567 (เวลา 8.00 – 18.00)
โดยทีมบริการลูกค้าขอยืนยันจะดูแลทุกท่านอย่างใกล้ชิดและพยายามอย่างสุดความสามารถให้ผู้เข้าพักในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวได้รับผลกระทบน้อยที่สุด
โดยในส่วนของห้องอาหารและกิจกรรมต่างๆยังคงเปิดให้บริการตามความเอื้ออำนวยของสภาพอากาศ
หากท่านสะดวกและยินดีเข้าพักในช่วงเวลาและรายละเอียดงานปรับปรุงที่แจ้งไว้แล้วนั้น รีสอร์ทยินดีการันตีโปรโมชั่นห้องพักใน “ราคาที่ดีที่สุด” ที่ไม่เคยเสนอมาก่อน
ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากเป็นโปรโมชั่นการันตีราคาดีที่สุดในช่วงฤดูฝน การคาดการณ์สภาพอากาศในแต่ละวันค่อนข้างไม่แน่นอน ที่พักจำเป็นต้องบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรในแต่ละพื้นที่
ีรวมถึงงานบริการเพื่อดูแลแขกผู้เข้าพักได้อย่างใกล้ชิด จึงขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิก (หรือ Refund) ทุกกรณี
จึงขอให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านโปรดเข้าใจในข้อจำกัดต่างๆและพิจารณาให้รอบคอบก่อนทำการจอง

As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we will start the grand renovation from 7th May to 31st October, 2024.
While our resort remains a preferred choice of many families and couples alike, these renovations will allow us to provide the very best beach experience to our valued guests.
The grand renovation & refurbishment schedules will start from 8.00 am to 18.00 pm as on daily basis.
We will try our best to keep any noise or disruption to the minimum, please kindly accept our deepest apologize for any inconveniences ahead.

PAYMENT POLICY :
* Full prepayment is required to secure booking.
* Full payment will be charged with the credit card given within the next 48 hrs. Then, guests will receive a confirmation email with details of the booking.
* Please contact us regarding to (pre) arrange land and sea transportation from and to Koh Kood via thebeachnatural@gmail.com
(First & last boat departure time during normal season (from Laem Sok Pier to Koh Kood) at 10.00 AM & 16.00 PM).
** All guests must present a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses e.g. room service, mini bar, laundry etc. upon check-in.
** Incidental expenses must be settled upon departure in cash or credit card.
CHANGE THE ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE :
- Open booking is available for 90 days after the original date of arrival.
- New date may cost the difference, which refers to the actual rates appearing on the resort official website. Guests are responsible for the extra cost (can be paid upon arrival).
- Neither refund nor room credit in case the final price may be lower than original.
- Any changes can be applied subject to availability.
NO SHOW/LAST MINUTE NOTICE :
- No show will be fully charged.
- Last minute notice (48 hrs before arrival) will be fully charged.
Terms and Conditions
- All categories are included 2-4 breakfast, WI-FI in room and public area.
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 7% government tax.
- Kids of all ages are welcome.
- Disabled and elderly are advised to travel with families and friends.
- Check in time : 14.00 I Check out time : 11.30
- Standard occupancy per room is 2 persons. Surcharge applied for extra person.
- Complimentary welcome cold drink upon arrival.
- Complimentary Thai healthy (goodnight) drink during 19.30 – 20.30 pm available for all customers.
- Any surcharges on transportation and others services are not included in room rates.
- Land and sea transportation highly advised to arrange in advance.
- Arrival and departure details (flight/time) are required.
- Check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled (boat) departure (At Laem Sok Pier, Trat Province).
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Pets under 4 kg and 5-10 kg are allowed in selected rooms with extra deep cleaning at THB 1,500 and 2,500 each (per stay),
and available for direct booking only.
- Compulsory dinners organized over new year eve on 31st (18.00-00.30).
- Room service (+10% service charge) is available for appetizer, sandwich, burger, pizza and drinks.
- No free TV/Cable.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of villas/cottages.
- Private vehicles are not allowed on the island.
