Prices and Taxes
All rates are for double occupancy. There is no deduction for a single uest.
Minimum Night Stay
1 night stay is acceptable except for holidays and special events where a 2 night minimum is required.
Check-in
Check-in times are between the hours of 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm.  If you are unable to check-in during these hours, please contact us to make special arrangements. 
Guarantee
There is a Credit Card required for this reservation. 
Payment and Terms at Check-in, Check-out
Payment in full is required 72 hours prior to check-in. Your card will be charged at that time or 10 days prior to date of arrival if on a holiday weekend or special event. If the card is declined your reservation will be cancelled.
Traveling with Minors
Because of the nature of the location (riverfront), and stairs to the entrance to the gypsy wagons, children are not recommended.

Parking
One free parking space on site is available for wagon or tent. Other cars may be accommodated. Please contact property before arrival.
Rules and Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Pets: 
Although we love our furry friends, due to the nature of our accommodations, pets are not allowed.  Certified service animals are welcome, but please let us know before arrival. (Emotional support animals do not require training and are only protected for private housing, while service dogs, with their significant level of training, are allowed in other places out in public like grocery stores and even on planes.
 100% SMOKE-FREE 
Salmon Gypsy Bed & Breakfast is 100% Smoke-Free. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens,vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cigars,candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our gypsy wagons or any where on our grounds. 
Guests are encouraged to notify us immediately if they smell cigarette,marijuana, or other objectionable odors.   This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others.  A designated smoking area is provided outside and away from the premises.  Marijuana is prohibited at all times.
Quiet Hours:  10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact us immediately by phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.  Doors should be opened and closed quietly. 
Linen Changing:
Your comfort is very important to us.  For guests staying multiple nights, bed and bath linens shall be changed on a schedule convenient to the guest and staff, based on the number of nights that the guest will be in residence. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Free WiFi Access:
Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests.  The WiFi access code is subject to change without notice. WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the wagon’s location, the status of our WiFi-equipment, and interference from other localwireless signals.  Salmon Gypsy Bed & Breakfast assumes no liability or guest use.
Damage and/or Theft of Salmon Gypsy Bed & Breakfast Property: 
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused(whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the wagon(s), the premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the B&B during your stay.  Salmon Gypsy Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costor expenses incurred or suffered by Salmon Gypsy Bed & Breakfast as a result of the aforesaid.  Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your Gypsy Wagon or the property during your stay,  including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.  We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage Discovered After Check-Out:
Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, incomplete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees. 
Damage to Gypsy Wagon or Glamping Tent:
Damage to wagons, tent, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to B&B property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular wagon.  Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.  In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Damage to Mattresses and Bedding: 
Damage to mattresses and linen including;towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, hair products, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
