Customer must notify iWualai Hotel if you plan on cancelling your booking before check - in date 3 days (or more)
If the booking is canceled or modified within 24 hours check - in date, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show without prior cancellation iWualai charges a minimum of 1 night per room booked

Hotel offers guests early check-in (if the room is free) AFTER 6:00 a.m only. For check-in BEFORE 6:00 a.m we charge one full night.

Unless booked with a valid credit card reserved rooms are guaranteed until 18:00 hours of the day of arrival.

After 06:00 P.M. Hotel makes reasonable effort to contact you. If this is not possible Hotel reserves the right to release the room(s).

Children under 11 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds and linen.
