All vouchers will have a validity of 12 months, must be used within the same property, are non-transferable and will not be redeemed for cash.
Terms and Conditions
Please note it is compulsory to arrange a time to collect the keys to your apartment. We kindly ask you to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
The apartment is available no earlier than 16:00 and once your arrival time is confirmed we will schedule for a member of staff to personally meet you at the location to check you in.
If you plan to arrive late, noproblem! It is possible to arrange a late check-in which will incur additional fee as follows:
-Between 23:00 and 00:00 – Euro20,00
-Between 00:00 and 02:00 – Euro50,00
-No check-ins after 02:00
The keys will only be given to the booker following verification of photo identification and after full payment for the accommodation and damage deposit has been received. Only declared guests will be able to check-in, visitors are not allowed.
Please note that a damage deposit is required to cover incidentals, including, but not limited to: breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs, breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other resident’s enjoyment of the property and in the event of unauthorized extra guests using the apartments. The damage deposit is released upon inspection after guest’s check-out.
The amount collected by credit card is: 1 Bedroom Apt €100 & 2 Bedroom Apt €150.
Management reserves the right to refuse guests and evict any guests not adhering to House Rules without refund.
