Reservations with pay-on-destination rates can be cancelled up to 7 days before the guests' arrival. After this period, 100% of the stay will be charged.
If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total amount of the stay plus VAT (21%) whether national or foreign.
Reservations with non-refundable rates do not accept cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Terms and Conditions

We are a 100% non-smoking hotel, smoking is not allowed inside the establishment, this includes the rooms, all areas have smoke detectors, smoking is only allowed outside the building
Breakfast hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Breakfast is not served outside these hours; we ask you to take this into account when booking in case you have excursions outside these hours.
