CANCELLATIONS AND GUARANTEES
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Unless otherwise stated, you must cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax to the credit card on file. Failure to show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no-show fee equal to the first night stay’s room and tax charges.
ADVANCE PURCHASE & SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
Reservations booked under advance purchase rates or special promotional offers require full payment at the time of booking. These payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes or cancellations are not permitted unless approved by management. All such requests are subject to availability and rate differences at the time of the change.

• Guests must be 18+ to book at The Gem Museum Suites.
• Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide government issued identification and your valid credit card for payment including all miscellaneous and incidental charges. Reservations without a valid payment method on file will be subject to cancellation.
• Guests are permitted to use only one card for payment. The only exception is a declined card, in which case an authorization form is required to charge an alternate card.
• When guests check in, the ID presented must match the name on the reservation.
• All payments are due in USD Funds only.
• An incidental hold of $75/night will be charged for each reservation and will be fully refunded within 3-5 business subject to change upon damage to the room.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

CHECK OUT: 11am
LATE CHECK OUT: Guest must call the front desk to avoid a $40 late-checkout fee.
PARKING
The Gem Museum Suites offers on-site self-parking for $20/day. Valet parking is not available.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT permitted in any guest rooms at The Gem Museum Suites. For the safety of yourself and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guest rooms. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a guest room is subject to a $200 fee.
PETS
Dogs are welcome in the guest rooms at The Gem Museum Suites. We require a $75 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and additional $75 for the second pet. We love all kinds of animals, but only dogs are allowed to stay at The Gem. No more than two (2) are allowed per guest room. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations and pets must be on a leash or in a carrier if they’re outside the guest room.
