ROOM CARE. You’re responsible for damage you cause in your room, including any lasting odors from food you may overcook in your microwave or staining food you may spill on your carpet.
NO SMOKING. Don’t smoke or burn anything in your room or within 25 feet outside room doors or windows. No tobacco, cannabis, marijuana and no vaping. No incense candles or other open flames.
I am aware that if I did have a pet that I will fill out and sign a pet policy at check-in and confirm I am in a pet friendly room at time of booking and at check in. We allow small dogs for a fee in designated dog friendly rooms only. Dogs need to be registered with the desk. PLEASE ALSO LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL. It’s a Washington State civil infraction for any person to misrepresent an animal as a service animal. $500 or higher fee will apply for evidence found of an unregistered animal in your room. (NO CATS ALLOWED)
