All remaining funds and fees are charged automatically on the date of your check in.
Pets- Dogs, are limited to one animal per stay. No other pets are permitted in cabins, dogs only.
Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside. Owners are responsible for picking up waste and disposing of it in appropriate garbage receptacles. Failure to pick up dog waste will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Dogs cannot disturb other guests. Barking dogs will be asked to leave at owners expense. All fees are non refundable due to pet disturbances. Dogs that are not listed on reservations will be automatically charged the standard pet fee.
Dishes - Guests are responsible for cleaning used dishes. A $15 cleaning fee will be added for dirty dishes.
No smoking in cabins. A $250 cleaning fee will be added if evidence of smoke is found. This includes, but is not limited to tobacco, cannabis and any vape products.
Damage made to property or cabins outside normal wear and reasonable use, is to be charged to guests. All incidentals will be charged to guests payment method on file following the stay.
