If the booking is cancelled in advance of 60 days prior to arrival then the full deposit is refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Check-in is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. We urge you to let us know in advance your estimated arrival time.
If you arrive after 6:00pm without prior notice then you will be marked as a No Show and the booking will be cancelled with charges as above.

Terms and Conditions
Check-in :- Check-in time is from 3:00pm, if later than 5:00pm please contact us to let us know to hold the room and have the keys available for you.
Your Accommodation balance is payable upon arrival.
No arrival by 5:00pm without prior notice will be considered a No Show and the Booking will be cancelled.
Payment :- A deposit of 50% of the booking total would be taken within one month of arrival date.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

Damages / Lost Keys :- The Guest is responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that occur while they occupy the room.
The Guest is responsible to cover the full cost of replacement or repair including items taken from the room.
Lost keys will incur a $5 USD / $10 BZD charge for replacement.
Smoking :- All rooms are Non Smoking, should you be found to have smoked in your room then a charge of $50 USD / $100 BZD will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
Pets :- . Pets are allowed only with prior notice and permission.
