Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Non- Cancellable/ Non- Refundable, Rebookable once (1) within 3 months from original date of booking given that R Bed and Breakfast is advised at least 5 days prior to arrival date.Higher rate shall apply to revised booking date.
- Any decrease in length of stay within (3) three days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reserved room nights.
Terms and Conditions
- Check in time is 2pm and checkout will be 12noon.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast
- Extra Person charge is 650 (12yrs old and above)
- Children 7-11 years old will be charged half. Children from 0-6 years old free of charge( Maximum of 2 and no breakfast)
- No Show will be charged with all reserved room nights including taxes.
- All Rooms are Non-Smoking; “Penalty” of Php 5,000 will be imposed on guests smoking in the room.
- An incidental deposit of Php 2,000 for the entire stay is required. Refundable upon check out.
- We only allow a maximum of (2) two small or (1) medium sized dogs inside the rooms. Pet fee is 500/per pet nightly
- Full payment of room and other extras must be settled upon check-in.
