Domaine de la Tour is a magnificent 18th century property, situated in the Calvados Normandy, nearby Falaise, birthplace of William the Conqueror. Totally renovated, it has 4 function rooms for seminars and weddings, 2 spacious cottages for 10 people each, 1 cottage PRM for 2 people with reduced mobility and 4 B&B rooms (2 twin, 1 triple and 1 suite of 40 m2). The cottages have 4 bedrooms each (2 twin and 2 triple), 4 ensuite bathrooms (3 with shower and toilet and 1 with bath, shower and toilet). In total 13 rooms for 31 people and with extra beds our property can sleep 42 people.
Our grounds of 7 hectares make it easy for you to relax and unwind, reading a book in the park, looking at the kids on the swings and slides in the play area. We have a fitness room and 2 inside play rooms : one for toddlers and one with a ping pong table, a pool billard and a table football. There is also a jacuzzi for 6 people (reservation required).
On our parking area you will find 4 electric vehicle charging stations (2 general chargers and 2 Tesla). Wifi: there is a dedicated fibre connection available. Parking area of 2200 m2. Extra beds and baby equipment : on request.
Domaine de la Tour is very centrally located : 10 minutes from the Swiss Normandy, 10 minutes from the Pays d'Auge, 20 minutes from Caen and 30 minutes from the D-day beaches.

Between 30 days and 7 days before arrival : 50 % of the total booking amount is payable. More than 30 days before arrival : your deposit payment will be refunded to your account (minus 10 % administration costs). (*) groups = every booking of 2 or more rooms.

Sarl Domaine de la Tour for Domaine de la Tour, Château Turgot, Le seigneur de Bons and the Calvaloft
The properties known as Domaine de la Tour, Château Turgot, Le seigneur de Bons and the Calvaloft (“the Property”) are offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Mark Hofman (“the Owner”) to the renter (“the Client”).To reserve the properties the Client should complete and sign the booking form and return it with a deposit (50% of the total rental due) or the payment in full. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Owner will send you a confirmation by email. This is a formal acceptance of the booking.The balance of the rent is payable latest on the day of the start of the rental period and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 1 month prior to the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. The Client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent. Refunds of the deposit (less 10% of the overall cost as an administration charge) will be made in case of cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the rental period and a 50 % refund for a cancellation between 30 and 7 days (less 10% of the overall cost as an administration charge).The Sarl Domaine de la Tour may be released from its obligations or suspend execution if it is unable to assume them due to the occurrence of an exceptional event, in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the booked property, or force majeure, such as a strike, fire, water damage, compulsory confinement or compulsory administrative closure, for example following the spread of a virus / bacteria / gas / molecule / epidemic / pandemic. In this case, the Sarl Domaine de la Tour reserves the right to arrange for the Client's rental to take place on another date in the same year, or on another date in another year, depending on availability, or in another establishment close to those of Sarl Domaine de la Tour and equivalent quality (in the latter case without price change).The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings since these are not covered by the Owners’ insurance. Any chargeable expenses arising during the rental period (e.g. additional services or breakages) should be settled with the Owner or their representative before departure in euros cash.The rental period shall commence at 4.00pm on the first day and finish at 10.30am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated, and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.The maximum total number to reside in the properties must not exceed 40 pax for Domaine de la Tour, 30 pax for Chateau Turgot, 12 pax for the Calvaloft and 3 pax for Le seigneur de Bons unless the Owner has given written permission and provides extra accommodation/beds at extra cost.The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. For the comfort and safety of all guests smoking is forbidden inside the Property. The Owner reserves the right to make a supplementary charge if the Client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown of any equipment, plant, machinery, or appliances in the Property or garden. Arrangements will be made for repair or replacements as soon as possible. The Client agrees to pay for any damage or breakages caused by him and allows the Owner to start reparation or demolition immediately if necessary.The Owners shall not be liable to the Client: For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery, or appliances in the Property or exteriors. For any loss, theft, damage, or injury, which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes, or other matters beyond the control of the Owners. For any loss, theft, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client, if the property should be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period. Under no circumstance shall the Owners’ liability to the Client exceed the sum paid to the Owner for the rental period. Animals are not permitted in any of the properties, or in the grounds, whether brought by the client or by visitors to the Client. The Client is committed not to interfere in the well-functioning of the adjacent farm next to Château Turgot, Le seigneur de Bons and the Calvaloft and is not allowed to visit the neighbouring properties of Domaine de la Tour which are Château de la Tour and La ferme de la Tour. Payment can be accepted by credit or debit card (Mastercard or Visa only), french chèque, cash or international bank transfer. Parties with amplified music at the exterior and interior are forbidden. We ask that after 10pm the Client keeps it quiet at the exterior. Inside the propoerty the Client can put music and tv to a normal level. The Owner asks for a security deposit of 500 euro for group bookings. This will be returned to the Client after inspection of the property at the end of stay. Any modification of this contract has to be asked for by e-mail and will be confirmed by e-mail.This contract shall be governed by French Law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in France. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract should be brought in the court or competent jurisdiction of Caen, France.
