* VISTA MAR / SEA VIEW :
- Superior double room, with a double bed (135 cm) and a single bed (maximum 3 persons). Situated on first or second floor with sea views. They also have air conditioning.

*TWIN SEA VIEW / SEA VIEW :
- Double room with two beds (0,90 cm) , independent bathroom and balcony with sea view (maximum 2 pers).
Located on the first or second floor with sea view.
Equipped with air conditioning.
*KING SIZE :
- These rooms have an extra large double bed and air conditioning. All of them located on the second floor whith Sea View.
RECEPTION
- You will find us in the cafeteria Sa Vinya from 9 am to 1 pm. You can contact us under this number 646 646 021 if needed.
The entire complex, including the rooms, has free WIFI network accessibility.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
A deposit of 30% of the total price will be charged to confirm your reservation. The diference of the payment will be made, in cash, at the check-in.
In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel and/or modify the reservation you must do so at least 15 days in advance, otherwise the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
The prices (unless otherwise indicated) are established for two persons (double room - bed and breakfast).
Extra charges will be applied in case of higher occupancy.

Breakfast is from 09.00 to 11.00 in the cafeteria Sa Vinya ( Included in the price.).
Cleaning
The cleaning is done from Monday to Sunday from 9.00h in the morning.
It's necesary to put the cleaning sign out of the door before 12h every time you need to make up your room, otherwise won't be done.

- Towels are changed every two days.
- Sheets are changed once a week.
Swimming pool
There is an outdoor swimming pool for the guest. No lifeguard on duty. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Parking
If you wish you can use the parking free of charge. We ask for a deposit of 50€ for the remote control which will be returned to you in the check-out.
In case of lost, this deposit will not be refunded.
Safes
We have safe boxes in all rooms. The price is 3.80€ per day plus a deposit of 10€ for the key. If you wish rent it, ask for it at reception.
