Flamboyant Bed and Breakfast consist of 4 family homes. We have converted each one in its own special way. Johari has 3 Rooms, Baobab 5 Rooms, Dessert Rose 3 Rooms and Flamboyant 12 Rooms. Each one has it's very own unique Characteristics. All these homes are beach front with Beautiful Gardens. Flamboyant has a unique swimming pool that can be accessed by all homes.

CANCELLATIONSAs we are a small hotel, late cancellationsand no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellationpolicy is as follows:
  • The terms of booking and booking cancellations. Booking of services must be written or written by electronic booking systems
  • We require a deposit equal to one night’s stay that will be charged to your credit card upon booking, the deposit is non-refundable, or we can make it transferable to a later date.
  • We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or notification of payment within 5 days.
  • During peak periods, the deposit will be equal to 50% of the reserved stay.
  • More than 30 days’ notice – full refund less $25.00 administration fee.
  • 7 days or less notice – loss of deposit.

Early check-in or late check-outis subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed withthe Front Office staff. 
It is mandatory for all guests toproduce a valid identity document upon check-in; for foreign guests a validpassport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted asproof of identity. 
Guests checking into the hotelmust be at least 18 years of age.

Itis not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming,extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our networkfor illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
  • Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the leadguest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member ofthe booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage tofurniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reportedas soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys/ fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / cardlost.
Any lost property, if discovered andfound, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with theirowners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage gueststo ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer topost lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner,otherwise collection can be arranged
  • Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco productsincluding, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids,cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas as signposted throughout the accommodation grounds
  • Pets & Service Dogs
We do not accept pets throughout theaccommodation, except for service dogs. We are a dog friendly accommodation andaccept dogs to a maximum of 2 dogs.
  • Parking 
 Where on-site parking is provided guestsaccept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.
  • Your Personal Details &Privacy
 We are required to keep a register ofguests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names andnationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue, details of nextdestination if they are non-British, Irish or Commonwealth guests. This is inaccordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972). These records arekept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data ProtectionAct 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).Our policy surrounding the personaldetails you provide as part of any booking or enquiry through this website / orthird party website, including the privacy of those details are explained andset out in our Privacy Policy which you can read here.You accept that any entries you make toan on-site guest book, if available, will not contain personal information ordetails you would not want disclosed. Any entries containing personal detailsthat may fall into the DPA and GDPR may be removed and destroyed.
  • Our Right To Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel anybooking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of theseconditions are breached.
  • IN CASE OF EMERGENCYOR FIRE:
Please notify Front Desk in the event of a fire orother emergency.  A map that shows emergency exits can be found on theback of your room door and in the Guest Information Notebook located in eachguest room.
  • FIRE SAFETY POLICY:
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors,fire safety information in Guest Room Notebook, and emergency evacuation planson the door of each guest room.  Please review this important information.  
  • Room In- Rom Party
No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protectthe hotel and our guests at all times.  No parties, loud disturbancesand/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the eventof a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce thenoise.  If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leavethe hotel without refund.   Registered guest(s) is responsible forall persons visiting.  Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 10:00P.M.  If found with more “people” not listed on the Guest RegistrationForm after 10:00 P.M. your stay will be considered a party.  You will beordered to vacate the premises without refund and may be access GuestCompensation Disturbance Fee.
