Property and Cancelation Policies :
Payment may be made in full or with a 40% deposit. Reservations are secured once the 40% nonrefundable deposit is received by Great Camp Sagamore. The balance is due 30 days before the program start date and your card will be automatically billed for the remainder of the program cost on that date. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event/program start date will be charged the deposit fee of 40%; any additional amounts paid will be refunded to the form of payment. All refunds will exclude registration fees.
*There are no refunds in the 30 day period prior to the program start date. No-shows will be charged the full event/program fee. In special circumstances, a cancellation fee may apply to refunds given outside of the 30 day window.
