• Hicksville is 21+ except for FAMILY WEEKS and full place bookings.
• No one is allowed on the property except for registered guests. No visitors. No exceptions.
• Person booking must be same person checking in at Hicksville.
• You can not use someone else’s credit card to book.
• Check in is 3p-7p. We do not do check ins after 10pm.
• Commercial Still Photography/Video shoots are NOT PERMITTED unless previously arranged and is subject to a $10,000 per day location fee if violated. You're welcome to take vacation photos & share those to social media.• No personal speakers permitted outside. Quiet hours outdoors are from 10pm-8am.
• Please make sure ALL FIRES are extinguished before you go to bed.
• Hicksville is not responsible for ice related injuries. Please bring appropriate footwear.
* Humans 12mo old & older count towards your room’s capacity for whole place bookings.
• All rooms are non-smoking except Room #420. No tobacco smoking in room #420
• We prefer you vape only in the Rec Room or use our Vaporizer that’s in there. No smoking tobacco in the Rec Room.
