Non arrival (No-show):
By non arrival (No Show) we charge 100 % of the value ofthe services ordered for the nights not used. In that case the person,who made the reservation, is responsible and the total amount is charged by the deposed credit card.
Non-refundable
With a non-refundable rate, guests pay the full price if they cancel,make changes or don't show up.Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay. When you make a reservation, the hotel may pre-authorise your credit card. The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge.
Payment
Unless otherwise specified. Full amountof stay is taken upon check-in unless otherwise stated.

There is a guaranteed booking when the Guest confirms payment of theovernight accommodation service by providing a verified credit card number.
Rescission by the hotel:
Provided that the customer’s right to cancelat no charge within a particular time period has been contractually agreed, thehotel is also entitled to withdraw from the contract within this time period. Cancellation within the meaning of above alsoincludes a change of the scope of the contract through delayedarrival or early departure as well as a change inthe number of participants. The guest is free to demonstrate that theclaim for payment did not arise or not in the claimed amount.

Terms and Conditions
All reservations must beguaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Please notethat a pre authorization may be made to verify the card.
Check-in/arrival
from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
We are a self-check-inhotel. Our reception is not staffed 24/7. Access to our hotel andthe booked room is possible upon presentation of the legally requiredregistration form and with a door code, which we will send you by emailor SMS on the day of your arrival latest at check-in time 03:00 pm. You will receive the door codeafter registration and at the moment when the room has been cleaned, inspectedand ready for check-in. If we cannot send you the door code, the reservation occurs as a "no-show".
Pursuant to the Meldegesetz [Reporting Act], Guests are obliged to provide their personal information, as well as any additional relevant information for registration purposes, in advance, via the electronic on-line registration data portal of external partner of Munich Rooms Hotel.

Check-out Policy
You can check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. At check-out time please leave keys at the reception desk.
Special Room request
Your reservation is for a particular type of room and, whilst we will try to accommodate specific room requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific room during your stay..
Charges to the credit
With the pre-authorization a temporary hold is put on the funds of the credit card. Unless we do not get any other instructionst the full cost of accommodation will then be charged at the daty of arrival from the credit card given at time of reservation.
Cleaning
Our Housekeeping Team cleans the rooms not on a daily basis. We also do not change towels and sheets every day. Our standard is to change the towels every second day. Linen will changed weekly. This dramatically reduce the impact of our hotel on the environment by saving water and detergent. All guest rooms will cleaned and sanitized after check-out. You can always refuse service by hanging the Do Not Disturb sign. Additional cleaning can be arranged against a fee of € 20,00/cleaning. Please let us know at the time of your booking, we charge this service apart from the booking rates. Hotel room cleaning times are generally between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. If the housekeeping cannot get access into the room (sleeping guest,...), cleaning will done the next day. If you’d like to make another request, call the front desk directly.
Note:
We Pre-Authorize your credit card to confirm the reservation, but do not collect the payment. There is no right to receive overnight accommodationin in a particular room. However, we guarantee only the category.
Smoking, e-cigarettes, water pipes, candles:
For the comfort and safety of our guests The Munich Rooms Hotel is an entirely Smoke-free facility. Any smoking in the hotel strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a € 300 room cleaning fee.

Single room can fit 1 guest. No children are allowed.
Double room can fit up to 2 guests with a maximum of 1 child. All children will pay the full adult rate.

Reservations of more than 4 rooms (group arrangements) have special reservation and cancellation policies.
