- Booking policy When you make a reservation, you are booking an apartment type (not a specific apartment). Each apartment type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. We will process your booking upon receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from Casa Ciana. Room Policy: Check in time: 3 pm.Check out time: 11 am. Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time). - Damage Policy: We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. - Cleaning room Policy: Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis. However, we also care for our planet and wish for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly travel and kindly ask you to let us know if you choose to opt to reuse towels or to opt-out of daily room cleaning. Due to COVID-19, our rooms are completely disinfected after a guess checks out and we follow all sanitary measures. - Smoking Policy: Breathe easy! Casa Ciana is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $250 room cleaning fee. Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places.- Minimum Age Policy: All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations at Casa Ciana. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of reservation for age verification. - Children Policy: We love to have your children at Casa Ciana but keep in mind that we don’t have cots/cribs available at the property. - Pet Policy: Although we are pets-lovers, we have a NO PETS policy as it might be inconvenient to some of our guests. - Kitchen Room Policy: Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners on or unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250. - Alcohol Policy: We want you to enjoy your stay at Casa Ciana but please, keep in mind, that alcohol is only allowed in the rooms. - Firearms Policy: Casa Ciana has 0 tolerance to firearms and guests are not allowed to bring in any kind of firearms under any circumstances and will be immediately reported to local authorities.- Parking Policy: Casa Ciana provides free parking for our guests. Please, let us know in advance if you are going to need it, to keep you a spot.Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
