Le Riad Hotel de Charme is a small luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Islamic Cairo facing the famous Beit el Sehemy with its exceptional old Ottoman houses. The hotel itself has been designed to celebrate and reflect the history and style of Old Cairo. All 16 suites have individual furnishings with rich warm colors, Fatimid fabrics, antique wooden furniture and paintings from local talented artists. The suites are large and comfortable with spacious marble bathrooms, separate lounge and study areas and a variety of different arts and crafts displayed. Damage:

• The hotel has the authority to charge the full amount for any damage caused to the furniture and fixtures, as they are all valuable antiques.

Accommodation:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites. a fine of 200$ should be paid in case of smoking in the suites. It is only allowed on the suite terrace, Tekkeya Lounge designated area, and Zeeyara Restaurant terrace.

• Guests are not permitted to remove any furniture from the suites.

• Outside food is not allowed unless a concession form is signed.

• Flammable substances are prohibited inside the suites.

• Weapons and pocket knives are not permitted.

• Satellite communication devices and drones are not allowed.

• To ensure a quiet environment for our guests, loud voices, TV, and music are not allowed inside the suites.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests with contagious diseases that may harm others.

• Guests are not allowed to visit suites. Visitors can only be received at Tekkeya Lounge or Zeeyara Restaurant

• Make-up service will be provided upon request. Please call the reception desk for room cleaning.

• Photoshoots & Video Shoots are not permitted on the premises unless a prior agreement has been made.

• In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. The hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed for longer than 24 hours. After this time, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
