Property and Cancelation Policies:
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation, we must receive 30 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a full refund of your reservation. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Please contact us directly for this type of substitution.
Terms and Conditions Reservations
In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request a card authorization for a damage deposit of $250 upon your arrival. The damage deposit is a precautionary measure to safeguard the hotel property and ensure that our facilities remain in top-notch condition for all our guests. We have full faith in your responsible use of our amenities, and assuming there are no damages, the deposit will be returned within 7 days after the property is inspected. A portion of the security deposit can be withheld if there is any damage, missing items. A credit card is the only accepted form of payment.
Check-In Policy and Process
Redline has no on-site concierge or personnel, therefore your check in process is automated. Prior to confirming your reservation we will confirm your identity, so you will need provide a copy of your photo ID for our review. The day of your stay, you will receive your check in instructions and your credit card will be authorized for incidentals and room damage deposit of $250.00. Quiet Hours:
The Redline Apart Hotel strictly enforces a 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM quiet hour. Please be respectful to those around you while enjoying your visit with us. Amplified sound is not allowed. Any complaint made by another guest or neighbor may result in immediate eviction and a fine between $500 to $2,000.
Room rental period expires at 10AM. Unauthorized late checkouts incur a $250 violation fee. Departures after 12pm are subject to an additional night's charge.
Late Check-outs and Early Check-ins:
Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the intimate size of the property and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
General Policies Special Requests:
We will make every effort to honor special requests, however, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Security Surveillance
For guest safety and security, The Redline has 24/7 monitored audio and visual security surveillance around the building perimeter, in the entryway and on each floor of the stairwell.
Accessibility
Redline is a 2-story walkup and does not have an elevator.
Luggage
Due to our small size and no onsite staff, Redline does not feature a storage space. Redline is not liable for any missing or damaged items.
Mail and Packages
Due to no on-site staff or concierge, Redline can not accept any on-site mail or packages.
Occupancy
Maximum of 2 overnight adult guests per studio suite; 4 overnight adult guests per 1-bedroom suite; 4 overnight adult guests per 2-bedroom suite and 6 overnight adult guests per 3-bedroom suite.
No Party Policy
Redline Hotel enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all hotel guests. Noise levels are monitored and excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. A violation will result in immediate eviction from the hotel without refund and a violation fee.
100% Smoke-Free
Redline is a 100% smoke-free facility and does not permit smoking of any kind. Any evidence of smoking in the guest’s room or complaints made by other guests will result in a $1,000 fee. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, incense, cigars and candle burning.
Pet-Free
Redline Hotel is a pet-free environment. A fee up to $1000 will be charged if violated.
Photography
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on property without prior approval from Hotel Management. A $1000 fee will be charged if violated. For a complete list of Photography Terms and Conditions please contact us.
Parking
Parking is “first-reserve-first-served” for $35/night. If you want parking, please contact us.
Furniture and Room Furnishings
All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to their original condition and placement prior to checking out. Violations, breakage, loss or theft may result in an additional fee.
Damage, Missing Items & Excessive Cleaning
Upon check in we require a credit card on hold for any damages and excessive cleanings beyond normal use of our amenities incurred during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Redline to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, equipment, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing broken or missing items such as bedding, towels, housewares, etc.
